These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and u338 ("u338", "we", "us", "our"). All bonus winnings and balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and the accounts will be permanently closed.

3. Account Management & Security

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended unless u338 explicitly provides a cash-out or edit-bet feature for that specific market.
• u338 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical faults, match manipulation, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time. Bets placed during a suspension will be voided.
